Public Authority

Procurement of decision support system including outsourcing of development and maintenance.

Large Membership-based Organization

Procurement of an administrative system for memberships. Review of IT-supplier contracts and suggesting improvements of agreements, and procurement of outsourcing of the IT-operation and support.

Bank

Project management position responsible for setting up and leading acceptance tests, along with management of the client’s overall delivery approval and operational readiness process. The project included several external suppliers.
